Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Cardiff. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful time, however there were issues with some things.

Amazing location, good breakfast, friendly staff, but a few hiccups. We had a plumbing problem in our first room, but we were quickly moved. The second room was cold, but extra blankets were quickly provided. A great location for exploring Cardiff!
