the location was super central. i really liked how close it was to everything! the room was big. it had a very comfortable bed. breakfast had lots of options! the staff was friendly, nice.
the lift to get into the hotel wasnt easy, i wish it was more accessible.

The reception staff offered early check-in. It was a nice surprise. I found the location convenient to shops and the castle grounds. Secure parking was available upon my arrival.

large room convenient parking broken air conditioning late housekeeping
The room was quite large. it was a standard double room, but it felt bigger than i expected. i also appreciated the car park attached to the hotel. Parking was convenient.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to work. it was quite warm, an issue i saw mentioned in other reviews as well. also, housekeeping came very late one day. It was after 5pm, so i just asked for fresh towels.

receptionist attitude clogged drain
the room was clean when i arrived, and it was spacious enough.
the receptionist i interacted with seemed bothered to assist me. the room itself had some issues. i saw a hole in the blanket and the bathroom drain was clogged with hairs. it was not the best experience.
